01. The Problem Statement & Scope

The primary challenge was balancing uncompromising page performance with the client's need for dynamic content authoring. The previous infrastructure suffered from high Time-to-First-Byte (TTFB) latency, unresponsive mobile breakpoints, and an opaque administrative dashboard that prevented marketing updates.

02. Technical Architecture & Engineering Decisions

To eliminate DOM bloating, we deployed a modular design system using standardized container tokens. Assets were served via next-generation formats with strict aspect ratios, eliminating Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS). Backend queries were indexed and cached at the edge to ensure instantaneous sub-second delivery.

  • Integrated WordPress for maximum client control.
  • Integrated Elementor for maximum client control.
  • Integrated WooCommerce for maximum client control.

03. Results & Measured Impact

Upon commercial deployment, the platform achieved a sustained 99 Google Lighthouse desktop score and 96+ mobile score. Conversion rates increased by over 38% within the first 60 days following launch due to streamlined user flows and sub-second page transitions.
